In addition, copies of the notice were posted on the bulletin board in the Municipal Building and filed in the Office of the Township Clerk.

001-SP-21 639 Ramsey Avenue (Block 201, Lot 4 & 5) 639 Ramsey Avenue LLC is seeking Preliminary and Final Site Plan approval to allow for the construction of a 27,000 sq. ft. warehouse building with associated parking and loading areas.

003-SP-18 1441 Chestnut Street (Block 302, Lot 2) Bay Crane is requesting the Board approve an amendment to the approval as previously set forth in the Subject Resolution. The applicant has applied to change the above ground retention basin to an underground basin to contain stormwater and to reconfigure the vegetative berm to be closer to the property line as well as construct the vegetative barrier with vegetation contained in concrete enclosures.
